D220 Winterfest Thank you!
BCIC decorated a tree with horse themed ornaments (to go with the upcoming LNY) created by our elementary students. New this year, BCIC hosted a table on both Friday and Saturday evening where guests played mahjong, practiced drawing characters on buddha boards, learned about Chinese culure, and more.
We appreciate the student volunteers that helped assemble & decorate our tree as well as those that helped at the table during Winterfest.
Special thanks go to board members, Deepta Ramesh, Leeann Chang, Zaoli Zhang, Matt Benkert, Erin Lales, & Becca Patchak for their contributions in preparing and hosting this special event. |

We're STILL Desperate for Volunteers!
|
| |
|
We have decided to cancel our February Storytime at BAL; instead, this event will just be part of our LNY party.
To avoid more events being scaled down, merged, or canceled, we need more people to register to be volunteers. You can help in the planning process or the day of event, but we need you to sign up to be on a list to contact. Every small contribution has a big impact. Please see how you can support our group for the benefit of your children and their classmates. |
