Career Exploration Webinar – December 4, 2025

Please join us for our fall Career Exploration webinar!  BCIC and Xilin Northwest Chinese School have brought together four expert panelists to introduce students about career opportunities that involve:

• Utilizing Mandarin language skills
• Working and collaborating with Chinese businesses and global organizations
• Exploring exciting opportunities to live and work in China or other Mandarin-speaking nations

We are excited to present our esteemed panel of speakers:

• Officer Kai Ding, City of Des Plaines Police Officer
• Mr. Robert Patchak, Vice President – Commercial and Operational Performance, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineer, Veolia North America
• Dr. Donghua Tao, Professor and Associate Dean for the Library of the Health Sciences at the University of Illinois Chicago.
• Ms. Lu Zhang, Supply chain and logistics professional with 8+ years of experience in manufacturing and global trade environments, specializing in import/export, freight forwarding, inventory optimization, and supplier relationship management. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese. MBA in Supply Chain Management.
