Congratulations to Evan Cui and Leo Shi from our CI senior class for being named U.S. Presidential Scholar Candidates!
This school year four BHS students were named U.S. Presidential Scholar Candidates. They were among 5,000 students out of roughly 3.6 million who were named as candidates for the prestigious award, which honors graduating high school seniors with superior achievements in academics, leadership, and community involvement. Each year the Commission on Presidential Scholars selects approximately 600 of the candidates to be semifinalists and less than 200 to be finalists.
